101 Week

Semaine 101 Week

A message from the Past President:

Welcome to University!

I am glad to be able to welcome you to what can definately be the best years of your life. You will meet friends, some of whom will become like family. Excited? I know you are. This all starts with an epic experience: 101 Week.

This is a week of fun, frolic and a surprisingly large amount of useful information. Best advice I can give you: Come on out and try everything. This is a time where you can make and find your niche. The only people that I know that have not had a fantastic time at University are those that do not get involved. Do 101 week. Join a club. Play intramurals. Say Hi to that cute girl or boy. Do anything. The absolute worst thing that you can do in University is nothing.

Even from an academic side, 101 week just makes a heck of a lot of sense. Missed something in class? How 'bout asking that guy you met at the Beach, playing volleyball? So much easier than asking the someone you have never seen before.

Trust me. I know what I'm talking about. This will be my 6th 101 week, and they just keep on getting better.

Do yourselves a favor. Try out 101 week.

See you in September,
