An integral part of 101 week is the Shinerama campaign, which is Canada’s largest post-secondary fundraiser for cystic fibrosis research and care. Science has a goal this year of raising $14 000 for Shinerama, and we need your help! Online donations are now up and running at www.shinerama.ca. Click on the large orange button that says 'Donate', click 'Register now', find the University of Ottawa, and register as a team member of 'Faculty of Science/Faculté des sciences'.

We've also got pledge forms if you'd like to raise money that way. Don't forget about the tuition contest; the student who raises the most money for Shine will receive a bursary up to a value of $2500. I am VERY excited to see you all shining in 101 week, have a great rest of your summer!
