2026-2027 Executive Council Elections

The election season for the 2026-2027 Executive Council of the Science Students’ Association is right around the corner! If you are hoping to make a difference for your fellow students in the Faculty of Science, this is your chance to join our team!

There are 10 executive positions to fill in total: VP of Internal Operations, VP of External Affairs, VP Academic, VP of Social Activities, VP of Bilingual Affairs, VP Promotions, VP Finance, VP Equity, VP of Philanthropic Initiatives, and President.

The timeline for the elections will be as follows:

Nominations Due: Wednesday Feb 25, 5:30PM

All-Candidates Meeting: Thursday Feb 26, 7PM

Approval of Posters and Platforms: Sunday March 1, 7PM

Campaign period: Monday March 2, 8AM - Wednesday March 4, 5:30PM

Question period: Tuesday Mar 3, 7PM

Voting period (online): Wednesday March 4, 6PM - Sunday March 8, 6PM

Nomination forms must be submitted by email to electionsceo@ssa-aes.com
